We answer your queries and address system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ekovista reserves the right to cancel the helpdesk support at anytime should we determine that a client is abusing the support service.

  • 00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated. Help Desk support is provided during normal working hours only 9
